What will you do?

To strengthen and expand the Bluefield Smart Access brand internationally and to support our sales and development colleagues, you will be responsible for Customer Success & Tech Support activities. Guiding and assisting with the installation and implementation of our software at customers or partners and providing technical support is an important aspect of this dynamic position.

Bluefield Smart Access is part of the Salto Group. It is therefore important that you have good business communication skills in at least Dutch and English. Spanish is an advantage! Bluefield Smart Access is a growing and international organization. This means that there is plenty of room for your own initiative and that you can help build a company with great ambitions!

Job Requirements:

The Marketing & Communications Officer we are looking for has the following qualities:

• HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience;
• Communicative skills in both Dutch and English;
• Enthusiastic and positive personality;
• Customer and/or Tech Support is a pre; 
• Affinity with security, IT or in a project organization;
• An entrepreneurial, result-oriented, flexible work attitude with attention to quality;
